No nurse-patient relationship is created by visiting the website
Viewing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting information, or exchanging preliminary communications does not by itself establish a nurse-patient relationship, confirm a booking, or create an obligation for Nurtured by RN to provide services.
Professional nursing services are provided only after availability, scope, appropriateness, location, required information, and any applicable agreements or consents have been reviewed and accepted.
Post-surgical nursing services
Services are intended to complement—not replace—the care, instructions, and medical decision-making of your surgeon and other treating providers. Clients are expected to follow their surgeon’s postoperative instructions and to disclose information reasonably necessary for safe care.
Availability, duration, location, scope of services, fees, cancellation terms, travel arrangements, and other service-specific terms may be addressed in a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, consent, or care plan. If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the professional services covered by that agreement.
No guarantee of outcomes
Nurtured by RN does not guarantee a particular surgical, cosmetic, healing, or recovery outcome. Individual recovery experiences vary and may be affected by the procedure performed, medical history, surgeon instructions, complications, adherence to postoperative care, and other factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
The Nurtured by RN name, logo, and website content are the property of Nurtured by RN, LLC and may not be used without our permission.
Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but information may change. Service descriptions, service areas, availability, policies, and other content may be modified without notice. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurtured by RN, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our nursing services are provided in support of your surgeon’s post-operative plan and are not a substitute for emergency medical care or care from your physician or surgeon. These website Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply.
